1. We communicate directly with your insurance – we are insurance and claim experts! After you file your initial claim, we will serve as your insurance company’s primary source of contact. We will explain the scope of damage, present them with full documentation and details, and fight for every dollar you are owed in order to get your home back to new.
2. We are Project Managers first – since we not only do water removal but also restoration, we provide you one point of contact for the entire process. From the time you start with us, you will have access to a Project Manager who will guide you through initial inspection, clean-up, and restoration.

Identify the source of the leak and either shut off the water or contain the flow with a bucket or trashcan.

remove the water

Remove as much of the water as possible using push brooms, a ShopVac, and towels. Once completed, remove any affected items such as furniture or rugs to a dry room to minimize property damage.
