We look for signs of water damage and have specialized tools such as moisture meters and infrared cameras to check for water damage in less apparent places, such as behind walls. If necessary, we may take samples to be tested at a third-party lab. We provide you with a copy of the lab results and a written inspection report so that you can understand what, if any, mold issues your home has.
